With my pragmatic approach, I ensure that complex legal problems are translated into the practice of the financial institution.

I find it very important that everyone in the organization understands the new laws and regulations and therefore I make this transparent. This way I make sure that all layers of the organization are involved in the implementation of laws and regulations. I find it a challenge to ensure, within the limitations of a financial institution (such as old IT systems, legacy, etc.), that the institution complies with the laws and regulations.

I also enjoy thinking about innovation in the financial sector. I make sure that new innovation apps also comply with laws and regulations, without compromising on user experience.
