Profile
I am a compliance, legal and risk management professional.
At Charco and Dique, I have specialized mainly in laws and regulation in the field of sustainability, also referred to as ESG. I advise financial institutions on the full range of ESG regulations (e.g. the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation). I also support them in their implementation.
In addition to advising on existing regulations, I prepare financial institutions for future ESG legislation. I help them dissect complex ESG issues that come with the sustainability transition, where the legal playing field is still evolving; for “grey” financial institutions, “dark green” financial institutions and everything in between.
