As a practice-oriented compliance specialist, I help organizations to comply with laws and regulations.

Accessible and therefore easily approachable from all layers of the organization. Through my experience as a private banker on the commercial side and subsequently as compliance officer in the second line, I am aware that obligations deriving from laws and regulations are not always easy to implement in daily practice. I like to help clients find workable solutions.

My expertise lies in the area of translating laws and regulations (Wwft, Wtt, Wft) into policies and procedures. In practice, I have gained experience with license applications (Wtt, AIFMD custodian), obtaining declarations of no objection, director reviews and contacts with supervisors and auditors.
