I gained my experience in compliance in a dynamic and internationally diverse environment, focused on both Dutch and European legislation.

Combined with my background in social science, this ensures that I have a holistic or pragmatic approach. I am open to ideas that are just a little bit ‘out of the box’ and like to find creative solutions for complex problems.

For an effective approach to compliance, creating understanding and awareness within an organization is often the key to success. My expertise therefore mainly lies with compliance risk assessments, conflicts of interest, the supervision of remediation projects, compliance reporting and the coordination of a ‘Training and Education cycle’. These topics in fact expose the integrity risks within an organization and then provide the building blocks for a ‘path’ to mitigation.
