The quantity and complexity of the legislation is increasing, and implementing these regulations in the day-to-day practice of systems, processes and procedures also proves to be a major challenge time and again. I like to help institutions deal with this in a pragmatic and comprehensible way. In doing so, I find it important to involve the employees of these institutions in the changes.

In addition, I know how to reduce legally complex problems to their core and to find practical solutions to solve them. The guiding principle here is that everything is possible, as long as you take certain aspects into account.

Finally, clear communication is important to me. I make sure that my response is understandable, even to recipients that do not have a legal background. Is a deadline not feasible or do certain expectations need to be adjusted? I will communicate this well in time.
